Wilma's B-Day Celebration

This morning we wanted to "beat the holiday crowd" by getting to the park early and gathering up our picnic tables. We arrived around 8:00am, and we had no problem getting our spot. I guess everyone wanted to sleep in this morning.

After unloading the car, Wilma stayed behind to guard our spot and I took off for the restaurant to get us some breakfast.

The carry out was a Western Omlet, one for each of us. We both enjoyed our breakfast in the peace and quiet of the Park.

Around 11am the rest of the family started to arrive. We also celebrated our Grandson's Birthday. Dakota will turn 12 in 2 days. So there were some gifts for each of them to open.

What a perfect day for an outdoor picnic as you can see from the pictures. Clicking on a picture will take you to our Photo Album where you can view all 136 pictures taken.

Wilma and I left the park at 5:30pm.....a total of 9 1/2 hours....we are plum tuckered out! But it was all worth it, everyone had a great time and with plenty of food to go around, no one went home hungry.

Another wonderful adventure in our lives. Till next time, be safe and God Bless.
